Move on up

What do you do if you’re a growing family and need more space but you love where you live? This family of five decided to add an extra floor to their house instead of moving.

In collaboration with Dilen Advies

The brief was to assist with colour schemes, furnishing and finishes for the newly reconstructed house.  Layout and built-in storage design together with a kitchen layout and two new bathrooms and lighting schemes were also required. 

We wanted to reflect the glamourous charm of the family whilst creating a calm space for the them to live in.  We developed  new layouts for the whole house including the kitchen and two new bathrooms.  We recommended tonal  colour schemes throughout whilst adding touches of drama and sophistication by highlighting niches and including splashes of textured walls and striking accessories.
